Understanding the Home Visit Process

Step 1: Scheduling and Confirmation

  • Initial Contact: Once you schedule your mobile therapy session with us, our friendly team will get in touch to confirm the appointment details.
  • Appointment Confirmation: We’ll reconfirm the date, time, and specific therapist who will visit your home for the session via a text or a phone call.

Step 2: Preparation

  • Setting the Stage: Before the visit, ensure the area where therapy will take place is comfortable for you and the therapist and easily accessible.
  • Informing the Therapist: Feel free to communicate any specific concerns or preferences you have for the session. Our therapists are attentive and adaptable to meet your individual needs.

Step 3: Arrival and Introduction

  • On the Day: Our therapist will arrive promptly at the scheduled time, equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to conduct the session.
  • Introduction: Your therapist will introduce themselves and take a few moments to get acquainted, ensuring you’re comfortable before starting the session.

Step 4: Assessment and Therapy

  • Understanding Your Needs: The therapist will begin by discussing your goals and concerns to tailor the session to your specific requirements.
  • Assessment: If necessary, an initial assessment might be conducted to understand your current abilities and areas that require attention.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: The therapy session will commence, focusing on exercises, treatments, or interventions as planned, aiming to optimise your well-being and function.

Step 5: Guidance and Feedback

  • Guidance and Support: Throughout the session, your therapist will provide guidance on exercises, techniques, or strategies to assist you in achieving your therapy goals.
  • Open Communication: Your feedback during and after the session is valuable. Feel free to share any concerns or questions you may have; our therapists are here to address them.

Step 6: Conclusion and Follow-Up

  • Wrapping Up: Towards the end of the session, your therapist will summarise the key points covered and any additional recommendations for ongoing care or exercises.
  • Follow-Up Plan: If necessary, a follow-up session or plan will be discussed to ensure continuous progress and support.

Our aim is to provide you with a seamless and beneficial therapy experience in the comfort of your home. We value your well-being and are committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to your unique needs.
